Distribution of AICD Annual Report

AICD is changing with the times and is encouraging members to access the full version of its 2007/08 annual report, when available in early October, on its website. The new practice aligns the organisation with the distribution methods currently used by most publicly listed companies.

Members who still want to receive a printed version can request that one be posted to them. This can be done by contacting your local AICD office or by logging onto the 'Your Subscription Services' page in the My Profile section on the website and ticking the designated box. Members who don't want a hard copy do not have to take any action.

An abbreviated version of the annual report will be published in the October edition of Company Director, as in previous years. The notice of meeting and proxy form for the AICD annual general meeting will continue to be posted to all members.

AICD has chosen to change the default option for receiving annual reports to the website following legislative change permitting this, as well as to reduce the costs and environment impact of producing the printed version.
