Rosey is CEO of a private, professional organization providing legal and business counsel to high growth companies. Her primary areas of expertise are in business transactions and Intellectual Property. Her client base is mainly composed of privately owned, high-growth potential, high-tech companies. Before starting her own business, Rosey spent a number of years as a partner with a large national legal firm and later with a South Australian based firm with international connections. Today she sits on a number of Private, Public Sector Company and Association Boards and has extensive expertise in Corporate Governance matters. Rosey is also an adjunct Lecturer at the International Graduate School of Management at the University of South Australia. Rosey completed her Bachelor of Law and Diploma of Education at the University of Adelaide and her Masters in Science and Technology Commercialisation at The University of Texas at Austin and the University of Adelaide.
