Over 15 years Vanessa has pursued best practice in corporate governance on a number of boards including: Chairman, Royal Flying Doctor Service (Central Section); Trustee, South Australian Country Arts Trust; and Deputy Chairman, Northern & Far Western Regional Health Service. She is a Fellow of the AICD and is currently Chairman of Alliance One Credit Union.
