Dr Crane is a special counsel with Hynes Lawyers and leader of their Climate Change Practice Group. He has a wealth of experience in environmental and planning matters and has lectured extensively in these areas over the last 8 years.
Dr Crane has addressed a United Nations conference on the environment and recently delivered a paper at an international environmental law conference at Oxford University. Bill is uniquely positioned to provide advice to Australian companies on the various carbon cap and trade models that are currently in operation internationally, the likely format and implications of the Australian model and the commercial issues which will flow from its implementation.
