Georg joined the company in January 2005. Prior to this he was CFO at Ingram Micro Pan Europe in Munich. Georg has spent over 14 years in the finance arena focusing on technology, media companies, and financial institutions.

With companies such as KPMG Consulting, Deutsche Bank and McKinsey & Company, Georg has built his expertise in the area of company valuations, accounting migration, and process redesign. He holds an MBA of INSEAD in Fontainebleau, a diploma degree in Computer Science of Technische Universitaet of Munich, and is a CPA (USA). Georg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
