In December 1998, Steven had a vision for a business that would change the way organisations sourced, recruited and retained high calibre staff. Four years on, that vision has evolved into one of Australia’s premier online recruitment, assessment and consulting firms. As the Managing Director of Onetest, Steven Dahl is committed to working with clients on a range of issues such as recruitment & retention strategies as well as the implementation of Onetest’s online recruitment and assessment solution. Steven works closely with his team to ensure that the best solution is always combined with outstanding levels of customer service Steven started his career as an Accountant with KPMG before leaving the field of chartered accounting to explore the opportunities in accounting and financial Recruitment. Steven joined publicly listed UK recruitment firm Michael Page in Sydney where he consulted to a range of blue chip organisations including Foxtel, Boral, Nestle, AAPT and Telstra. Steven’s experiences in the traditional recruitment field helped to shape the solution that today is known as Onetest.
