Precis

Peter has over twenty-six years experience in management of businesses as a lawyer, investment banker, general manager, company director and consultant.

Since 1998, Peter has carried on his own consulting and contracting business. Currently, Peter is Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary for Medigard Limited. He is also a member of four separate Managed Investments Compliance Committees three of which he chairs. In addition, Peter is Regional Convener for the Queensland State Development and Innovation Department's business advisory and commercialisation program Mentoring for Growth.

Peter brings a breadth of practical experience across a range of industries working with companies at various stages of corporate development. His skills and interests lie in strategic planning, implementing organisational systems and corporate governance.

Peter holds the Australian Institute of Company Directors Advanced Diploma.
