Julie Garland McLellan is a professional non-executive director and is the author of “All Above Board: Great Governance for the Government Sector”. Julie has experience on a range of boards in the government, not-for-profit and commercial sectors. She has served on the boards of Melbourne Water Corporation, Victorian Energy Networks Corporation (VENCorp), City West Water, Victorian Minerals and Energy Council, Hats Holdings and Hassall & Associates. She is also a councillor of the NSW Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Julie is a frequent contributor to the governance debate and her articles have appeared in leading industry and business journals. She is also a professional speaker and frequently presents at industry conferences and in-house strategy and governance workshops.
