Tony Hulett runs a commercial legal practice in Melbourne leveraging off extensive commercial experience as an in-house lawyer at a publicly listed international company with wide service industry interests. He is a member of: the Law Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia (including its Small Business Working Group), the Council’s International Law Section and the Committee of the Independent Contractors of Australia. He has been actively involved in the Law Committee’s work on industrial manslaughter legislation in Victoria and the ACT. He is a graduate of Monash University.
