DOUG JUKES

KPMG Global Head of People, Performance & Culture

Doug Jukes is the KPMG Global Head of People, Performance & Culture based in Sydney. He is also a member of the KPMG International Executive Team.

He is immediate past Chairman of KPMG Australia; a role he held for six years up until 30 June 2007. During this time, he was a member of KPMG’s International Board and International Council.

Mr Jukes was educated at the University of Manchester where he completed his Degree in Geology and Zoology. After postgraduate studies at Wolfson College, Oxford, he joined KPMG in London. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he transferred to Sydney and was admitted to the partnership in 1985. He is an Adjunct Research Fellow of the ANU.

Mr Jukes is Chairman of the Starlight Children’s Foundation; a Member of the Advisory Council of the Australian School of Business - University of New South Wales; and a Councillor of the Australian Business Community Network (“ABCN”).
