Information on Directors: Ken MacDonald, Queensland Practice Director and Executive Partner, Energy Resources and Infrastructure Department of Allens Arthur Robinson Ken is the Executive Partner of Allens Arthur Robinson’s Energy, Resources and Infrastructure Department and is a member of the Board. Mr MacDonald is also the deputy chairman of Queensland Investment Corporation; and a former director of M.I.M. Holdings Limited. The depth of Ken’s legal knowledge is demonstrated by his prolific memberships, both past and present, of numerous committees and associations and his delivery of many papers on corporate law, natural resources law and trade practices law.

Martin Kriewaldt FAICD, Non-Executive Director Martin Kriewaldt has more than 10 years experience on the Boards of public companies. Following 25 years as a partner, Martin is now a consultant for Allens Arthur Robinson. His practice included patent, trademark and intellectual property disputes, as well as banking and insurance matters. Mr Kriewaldt is Non-Executive Director of ImpediMed Limited; Peptech Limited; Suncorp-Metway Ltd; Oil Search Limited; GWA International Limited and Campbell Brothers Limited. Mr Kriewaldt has experience as a Remuneration Committee Chair, and as a member in Audit and Nomination Committees.

Cherrell Hirst AO FAICD, Non-Executive Director Dr Hirst is a medical practitioner and for almost 20 years was Director of the Wesley Breast Clinic where she was a strong promoter of breast cancer screening to the community. Dr Hirst is Chancellor of Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Chairman of the Brisbane Girls’ Grammar Board of Trustees and Peplin Biotech Limited and has recently assumed the Chair of Hutchison’s Child Care Services. She is a Director of Suncorp Metway Limited, Australasian Medical Insurance Limited, Opera Queensland and the Breast Cancer Network of Australia. She was named “Queenslander of the Year” in 1995 and was became an Officer of the Order of Australia in 1998.

Terry O'Dwyer, Chairman & Partner of BDO Kendalls Terry O'Dwyer has extensive experience in risk management, auditing and corporate governance. Currently Chairman of chartered accountanting firm BDO Kendalls, BreakFree Limited, and Brumby's Bakeries Ltd, he is also a Director of Bendigo Bank Ltd, Queensland Theatre Company Ltd and Metal Storm Ltd. Mr O'Dwyer holds fellowships with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Society of CPAs, and is a registered company auditor.

Andrew Knox, Partner of Allens Arthur Robinson Andrew has been a Partner of Allens Arthur Robinson since 1985. He has practised for over 20 years in corporate law advising over this period in relation to corporatisation, privatisation, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, directors' duties and governance, regulatory compliance (including listing rules), fund raising, prospectuses and funds management. Andrew is a member of Allens Arthur Robinson's Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice groups, the first of which consistently rates as the premier Australian M&A group. He was appointed as a member of the Takeovers Panel in 2002.
