Indigenous Governance Program
The Indigenous Governance Program recognises the unique challenges faced by the boards of medium and large Indigenous organisations. Designed specifically for the directors, senior executives and leaders of Indigenous organisations, it will develop your skills, improve the quality of governance and lead to more effective performance for the whole organisation.
Participating in the program will help your board to implement new practices and improve board effectiveness. An experienced facilitator will involve the whole group in discussion, debate and resolutions tailored to your organisation.
The Indigenous Governance Program consists of six courses that can be delivered separately or combined. Courses are designed to be facilitated as interactive half-day workshops.
The courses are more suitable for large and medium Indigenous corporations as defined under the CATSI Act 2006.
