The Board and the CEO
The Board and the CEO course is a half day course is designed for non-executive or executive directors, chairman, CEOs or company secretaries and covers the full spectrum of issues for CEO role. From due diligence and remuneration to feedback and succession planning, this course identifies good practices in enhancing this relationship, and provides a framework for effective CEO succession planning.
In today’s environment, the relationships between your CEO, your chairman and board members are critical to the successful performance of your organisation. With a mix of diverse and powerful personalities, it’s essential you best understand, manage and enhance this dynamic group.

Non-executive or executive directors, chairman, CEOs or company secretaries from private, public and not-for-profit organisations.
