The Executive Director
The 1 day Executive Director course delivers an in-depth analysis of the two roles of an executive and a director through expert interview, case studies and practical tools. You’ll examine the responsibilities and evaluate the relationship between the executive director, the CEO and the board, including ways to strengthen these key relationships.

Managing directors and executive directors of professional firms, private companies and not-for-profits as well as chairmen and non-executive directors where executive directors are on the board.

- Apply processes and strategies for effective executive director participation in the boardroom
- Identify how to strengthen the relationship between the executive director and the board
- Outline the separate responsibilities of a director and an executive
