The Listed Company Director
This 1 day Listed Company Director course has been developed with the ASX and will build on your knowledge and skills of your role as a director in the listed company environment. The course focuses on your obligations as a listed company director within the Corporations Act and the listing rules and discusses consequences of breach of duty (both legal and otherwise), as well as how to balance compliance and performance.
Who should attend?
Directors who are new to or about to enter the listed company environment. The course can also be a useful refresher for experienced listed company directors. It is recommended that participants have completed the Company Directors Course or have extensive boardroom experience.

- Outline the key duties and responsibilities of directors of an Australian listed company
