NFP Governance and Performance Study

Participate in Australia’s largest NFP governance study

A strong and sustainable not-for-profit (NFP) sector is critical to the Australian economy and community.

The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) is committed to excellence in governance. This commitment extends to the NFP sector, which is our fastest growing and most diverse sector. In the current context of change, governance has never been a more critical issue for the sector.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the NFP sector, the NFP Governance and Performance Study is an important initiative that helps identify the current challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

2016 is the seventh year we have run the study, making it the largest and longest running NFP governance study in Australia.

This year, the study will have a focus on health services and financial sustainability, which continues to be the number one issue for the sector.

We are seeking responses from those who are either a non-executive director of an NFP or a senior executive employed by an NFP who reports to the board. If this is you, or someone you know then please follow the links and complete the survey today.
