Policy Committees

Expert contributors

Our policy team is supported by our national policy committees. 

Policy committee members include directors, lawyers, accountants, auditors and industry association representatives, who either serve on, or advise, boards in their areas of expertise. 

These working committees assist us to “stress test” and refine our policy positions, identify key issues and develop guidance for directors.

  • Chairman's Forum

    Promotes discussion on issues of importance to chairmen of major Australian listed companies.

  • Corporate Governance Committee

    Identifies and advocates for good practice in governance and directorship.

  • Reporting Committee

    Focuses on financial and other reporting issues affecting directors.

  • Law Committee

    Reviews and considers draft legislation, regulations and legal issues affecting directors.
