The non-executive director view on integrated reporting

The Australian Institute of Company Directors have prepared a paper in April 2011, The non-executive director view on integrated reporting.  This paper was sent to the International Integrated Reporting Committee Chairman Sir Michael Peat, to highlight amongst other things the need for a “if not, why not” principles based reporting framework, and to highlight some of the challenges that will be faced in developing an international integrated reporting framework.
