Review of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000

AICD made a submission in September 2005 on this topic. A number of our key recommendations were not supported. In this submission, AICD strongly believes that those recommendations provide for significant improvements to the OHS Act 2005 that should be implemented. Our further recommended changes are outlined and discussed in the attached document.
