ASX 2007 Listing Rules Amendments

On 20 June 2007 the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) issued a consultative document which included a proposal to make a prospective statement regarding compliance with the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s (CGC) Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations.
