Letter to Prime Minister Kevin Rudd on harmonisation of OHS laws

In this letter, AICD, Business Council of Australia, Australian Bankers Association and Law Council request the Prime Minister to ensure that the model law is applied in each state and territory so harmonisation is achieved. As drafted, the Model Law gives jurisdictions discretion on significant legal and regulatory elements as well as procedural matters which will defeat that objective.
