These letters to Federal Government Treasury Ministers regard the lack of adequate time being allowed by the Government for the preparation of submissions and other consultation with business and stakeholders on reform proposals and legislative changes.
The letters to Treasurer Wayne Swan, the Assistant Treasurer, Senator Mark Arbib, and Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, David Bradbury, set out our concerns and focus particularly on the issue as it affects not-for-profit organisations, which are currently confronting significant regulatory reform in their sector.
