ASX Corporate Governance Council
The objective of the Council was to develop and deliver an industry-wide, flexible framework for corporate governance that could provide a practical guide for listed companies.

ANZSOG Institute for Governance 
Formed in June 2009 with the University of Canberra, the ANZSOG Institute for Governance conducts interdisciplinary research and professional development in governance to deepen theory, advance knowledge and improve practice in a way that is of significance to scholars and practitioners in Australia and internationally.

Information Assurance Advisory Council (IAAC)
A UK-based organisation which is engaged in the development of policy recommendations to government and corporate leaders at the highest levels. Includes the Directors Information Assurance Network (DIAN).

Asian Corporate Governance Association
A regional overview including codes/principles of the various Asian countries, articles, reports and speeches, some in the premium content area.

European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI)
Provides a forum for debate and dialogue between academics, legislators and practitioners, focusing on major corporate governance issues and thereby promoting best practice. Its primary role is to undertake, commission and disseminate research on corporate governance.
