Many boards delegate work to board committees to more effectively deal with complex or specialised issues.

  • Audit Committees

    Oversee and monitor audit processes, including internal control activities.

  • Remuneration committees

    Advise the full board on pay issues, and recommend, monitor and review remuneration decisions.

  • Nomination Committees

    Assist the full board with selection and appointment practices.

  • Human Resources Committees

    Support the development of HR strategies, KPIs, remuneration policies and ensure legal compliance.

  • Other Committees

    Boards may need to establish other sub committees (e.g. sustainability, safety) according to company circumstances.
