EDUCATION CANCELLATION POLICIES
N.B. Cancellation Policies Vary

Company Directors Course (CDC)

CDC Residential Program and International CDC programs

More than 56 days prior to the course start date:
• Cancellation and transfers permitted with no charge.

56-22 days prior to the course start date:
• Cancellations - A cancellation charge of $3,300 applies.
• Transfers - $1,980 per request (substitutes accepted up to one week prior to the program at no additional fee).

21 days or less prior to the course start date:
• Cancellations - no refund
• Transfers - not permitted

CDC Tutorial and Non-Residential Programs

More than 28 days prior to the course start date:
• Cancellation and transfers permitted with no charge.

28-15 days prior to the course start date:
• Cancellations - $2,200 applies for non-residential programs and $1,386 applies for tutorial programs.
• Transfers - $1,320 applies for non residential programs and $836 per request for tutorial programs (substitutes accepted up to one week prior to the program at no additional fee).

14 days or less prior to the course start date:
• Cancellations - No refund
• Transfers - Not permitted

CDC Correspondence Program

After full payment:

• Cancellations - A cancellation charge of 100% of the total course fee (including GST) applies.
• Transfers - Participants may transfer to an alternate study mode (ie. tutorial, residential or non-residential) subject to availability. The difference between the cost of the correspondence program and the alternate program selected must be paid, together with any associated venue, catering or course material costs.

Education - Associated Short Courses

Cancellations and substitutions can be accepted up to 10 working days prior to the course start date provided they are advised in writing.

Cancellations and substitutions can be accepted up to 10 working days prior to the course start date provided they are advised in writing.
