The course is equivalent to 110 hours of study. The program:

• provides a comprehensive coverage of the roles and responsibilities of a director 
• challenges participants to go beyond compliance to improve their effectiveness in the boardroom

• is developed and regularly updated with input from experienced directors

Participants can choose to study in a variety of ways:

• 6 consecutive days, including a weekend, in a residential format
