INTRODUCTION TO BOARD MEETINGS AND GOVERNANCE
This Directors Essentials course will introduce first time directors and aspiring directors of private, government and not for profit organisations to good governance and effective board meeting processes.
Introduction to Board Meetings and Governance has been designed to provide you with a basic understanding of the issues which can impact a Board's ability to perform its functions and introduce best practice solutions. This is an essential knowledge and skill requirement of a professional director.
This course is regularly scheduled together with The Role of the Director and the Board, providing 2 Directors Essentials courses in a one day format as Governace Programs for New Directors.
