This half day Directors Essentials course is a practical 'how to', identifying the skills needed to build and maintain relationships within the challenging environment of the boardroom. It provides strategies to enhance your personal leadership style and elevate your awareness of boardroom dynamics.

The program is highly interactive and experiential by means of a facilitated exchange of participant experiences and the application of real and interactive case studies provides enhanced leadership skills for boardroom environments.
