RISK: ISSUES FOR DIRECTORS

An introduction to the director’s role in risk oversight and monitoring. The course focuses on the director’s knowledge of risk for the organisation and the monitoring of management’s assessment and treatment of risk.

This three hour course provides an introduction to the directors role in risk oversight and monitoring.  It will focus on the director’s knowledge of risk for the organisation, their monitoring of management’s ongoing assessment and treatment of risk. 

The course is ideal for new and aspiring directors, or for directors who are coming to grips with their role in risk oversight for the organisation.

The Risk: Issues for directors course will enable you to develop a better understanding of what risk is and how the risks faced by organisations of which you are a director are identified and measured.
