Facilitators
AICD facilitators are practising directors. We ensure the most appropriate facilitator is selected for the In-Boardroom program – with relevant professional and industry experience. Our facilitators will join us in our preparation meetings, which means particular needs are addressed.

More boards are choosing to do In-Boardroom programs to enhance their corporate governance. Every member of the board is provided with the opportunity to contribute to the debate and consider other directors’ opinions and experiences in a facilitated, unbiased environment.
Company Directors Course
Some boards have decided the base level of education for every director is the Company Directors Course. AICD can deliver this course as an In-Boardroom program. Choose the time and location, and we will work to ensure program material meets your context. We will encourage directors to complete the assessment and graduate with the Diploma.
