Course Details:

The Not-For-Profit Board will help you know the duties and responsibilities of directors and board members, and the role of the regulators of the NFP environment.  You will learn to appreciate the potential personal liability of directors and board members.  The program will also take you through the major elements of financial statements and identify a director's duties with regards to a company's financial statements and reports.
