ACT, NSW & TAS Events Cancellation Policy

For fee paying activities:

If you are unable to attend an event a substitute delegate will be welcome.Refunds will not be issued with less than 3 working days prior notice.

NT, QLD, SA, VIC & WA Events Cancellation Policy

If you are unble to attend, a full refund will be given provided we are notifed by the RSVP date. After this date, a substitue will be accepted, but no refund will be issued
