She holds the degrees of Master of Sustainable Management (MSM) and Master of Organisation Development and Strategic Human Resource Management (MODSHRM). In addition she holds a Diploma in Company Directing and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is the author of two books; “Leadership Coaching ~ A Practical Guide” and “Dancing With Brilliance”. Kirsty has a reputation as an effective performance coach and capability developer of directors, executives and front line managers.
