The immediate future is going to be one of more than routine change in the legal and regulatory environment for directors. Some of the factors contributing to this change include: Federal Government, regulators and the economic environment.

This half day seminar is essential for every practising director.

Presented by Mr Alan Cameron AM FAICD, a practising director and a lawyer by background, recently appointed as a Director and Chairman of ASX Market Supervision Pty Limited, chair of board performance assessment specialist Cameron Ralph Pty Limited and previously chairman of ASIC.

Alan will be joined by AICD Policy and Advocacy speaker Gabrielle Upton GAICD, Legal Counsel/Senior Policy Advisor.
