Development and support

We recognise that our people are at the core of our service delivery and members’ satisfaction. Professional development is therefore an ongoing focus and we are committed to ensuring that our people have the knowledge, skills and experience required to succeed.

Performance is formally reviewed twice a year, with regular ongoing feedback outside of this. Personal development plans are implemented following performance reviews to ensure that we are meeting individual training needs and helping our people achieve their goals.

We also hold regular internal training programs, bringing together people in similar roles from across Australia, in order to develop our employees’ skills, share success stories and deliver strategic updates.
