Bruce was formerly the CEO of Finlaysons Lawyers, Executive Director for EDS (now HP Enterprise Services), responsible for all state government business of EDS in Australia and Chief Executive of Camtech, one of Australia's leading internet and electronic payments companies.

Bruce has extensive experience in Government including a 10-year term as an elected Councillor in Local Government and chair of various council committees.

Prior directorships, include Chair of Playford Capital and Ngapartji Multimedia Centre and Director of VivaSA (formerly SA Business Vision 2010), and the Australian Information Industry Association.

Linda Nicholls

Linda runs her own corporate advisory practice specializing in business strategy in financial services and health care, and has over 30 years experience as a senior executive and company director.

James Strong is currently Chairman of Woolworths Limited, Kathmandu Holdings Limited, the Australia Council for the Arts and the Organising Committee for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015.  James is also a Director of Qantas Airways Limited, a member of the Nomura Australia Advisory Board and a member of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.

James was formerly the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Qantas Airways Limited from 1993 to 2001, Chairman of Insurance Australia Group (IAG) Limited, Chairman of Rip Curl Group Pty Limited, Group Chief Executive of DB Group Limited in New Zealand, National Managing Partner and later Chairman of law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Chief Executive of Trans Australian Airlines (later Australian Airlines) and Executive Director of the Australian Mining Industry Council.

He has been admitted as a barrister and/or solicitor in various state jurisdictions in Australia.

In 2006 James was made an Officer of the Order of Australia for his services to business and commerce, particularly in the aviation, insurance and retail fields, and to the arts as an administrator and philanthropist.

Mr Smith is the Managing Director of Black House; a firm specialised in strategy.

Other board positions include the Chairman of Synergy, RC Sadleirs and iiNet, and Deputy Chairman of Automotive Holdings Group. He is a Non-Executive Director of 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd; a chain of 600 convenience stores on Australia’s East Coast.

Mr Smith is President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors in Western Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, the Institute of Management Consultants, and of the Australian Institute of Management.

Mr Smith is also a recipient of the patrons medal (HRH Prince Philip) for services to marketing.

Keith De Lacy is one of Queensland’s best known company directors and public figures. He is chairman of listed company Macarthur Coal and Australia’s largest cotton producer Cubbie Group, and he is a director of Reef Casino in Cairns. He is Chairman of Nimrod Resources and a Director of Queensland Energy Resources.

On 31 December 2008 he retired as chairman of both Queensland Sugar (QSL) and the Global Sugar Alliance (a group of sugar exporting countries seeking fairer and freer trade in sugar on global markets).

He was recently appointed as Chairman of COFCO Australia.

He has extensive experience in business administration and corporate governance.  He was Treasurer of Queensland from 1989 to 1996, and is vice-president of the Queensland Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).

In recognition of his services to Australia, particularly regional Queensland, he has been awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM), Honorary Doctorates from both James Cook and Central Queensland Universities, the University of Queensland Gatton Gold Medal, and the Centenary Medal.

His book Blood Stains the Wattle was published in 2002.
