Our national office is home to a dedicated team of education, adult learning and quality assurance specialists who ensure we are delivering directors appropriate, high quality and consistent educational experiences across Australia. Major national and international courses are developed and delivered through this team.
Policy and advocacy
We have a specialised team who are responsible for the development and advocacy of policy for Australia’s company directors in fields including corporate governance, law, reporting, tax, remuneration and corporate social responsibility.
Communications and public affairs
We keep the director community up to date and connected through our communications and public affairs department, who provide internal communications, media focus, communication to Council Members, and effective communication with a broad range of external stakeholders, including senior business leaders, government and the media.
Marketing
Our dedicated team ensure that directors see the value of our activities and of membership with us, through the broad range of events, educational products and member services available.
Professional services
We have dedicated finance and membership, IT, and human resources teams who ensure our people have the right systems and professional support to successfully carry out their roles and achieve our objectives.
Event delivery
Our state offices and national office all have dedicated events staff who lead the delivery of quality events and secure sponsorship to enable membership engagement and participation at a local and national level.
Education delivery
State-based education teams deliver an annual education program to ensure directors in their state understand their legal responsibilities as directors, stay up to date with issues relevant to their industries and progress to fulfill more complex director roles.
Member relations
State offices have dedicated individuals who are responsible for the delivery of membership growth through membership acquisition and retention and driving membership engagement and participation.
