Abstract:
Highlighting the commitment of the director community to lifting the number of women on boards, Australia’s leading chairmen and company directors have again signed up to the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Chairmen’s Mentoring Program.
Now in its second year, the program is the largest of its kind in the world, involving 80 chairmen and directors working with 83 women in a 12-month mentoring relationship. The mentors include the chairmen of Australia’s largest companies and some of the nation’s most experienced directors.
