Meet the International Team

As an International Member Relations Executive, Brad Green assists international directors  updates directors globally with their queries on our member services and governance related matters.

Brad Green's corporate journey began when he completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing at Edith Cowan University in 2006. After graduating he moved to London, UK and worked as a sales executive for an immigration law consultancy firm. He was fortunate enough to also work in the Cape Town, South Africa Branch as well.

In 2009 Brad moved to Sydney and held an account manager position for Layby Services Australia and in 2010 moved back to his home city of Perth to begin his role at The Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Brad is passionate about promoting excellence in governance to achieve a positive impact for the economy and society.

Suzanne is a graduate of UWA (B Arts) and RMIT (MBA). She commenced her career with the Department of Foreign Affairs in the late 80s, with postings to Vienna and Mexico City. Returning to Perth in the early 90s, she joined the corporate head office of the WA-based conglomerate Wesfarmers.

In 2001, Suzanne moved overseas to take up the position of Director, Marketing and Communications at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology’s (RMIT) campus in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role she was part of a small team that developed and delivered the first fully foreign-owned University in Vietnam.

Suzanne returned to WA in 2007 and was appointed to the position of State Manager for the Australian Institute of Company Directors, taking on the International Division in 2009.

Suzanne manages the international operations from WA, but is active in the ASEAN region, hosting member events, briefings and workshops in Singapore, Hong Kong and Jakarta as well as other locations on an ad hoc basis

Richard is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Company Directors Course and the Harvard University Corporate Governance program.

He has more than 25 years experience in general management, both here and overseas, including over 20 years in senior management positions.

Richard manages the international and Pacific operations from the Queensland Division office.
