Regional focus

The Australian Institute of Company Directors Victoria Division's presence continues to grow in regional centres with close to 1,500 members distributed across the following regions:

  • Gippsland
  • Warrnambool

We recognise the importance of supporting regional directors and members with a focus on delivering events and education courses locally and understanding local needs and issues through our Regional Committees.

The Victoria Division encourage those thinking of enrolling in our courses to look at these and other opportunities that may be available to you. Checking with your local Council, representative body or business groups are also recommended.

Please note that there are different funding rounds throughout the year and funding may not necessarily be available at all times.

Leaders' Luncheon Future of Directorship:2023

In February/March 2013 the Victoria Division will be launching the Future of Directorship:2023 luncheon series in regional centres. The guest speaker will explore what the social, economic, legislative and environmental landscape will look like in 5 to 10 years and what the likely issues directors are to face. Please refer to our Event calendar for booking information.

At the Australian Institute of Company Directors, we understand that Australia's Small & Medium Enterprises (SME's) are Australia's future. Director nexus program

Director Nexus is a member subscription service which offer you, as a non executive director, the unique opportunity to connect with other directors. Director Nexus is a confidential forum for directors to access support, insights and advice from their peers. The Director Nexus program will provide participants with the support of their peers to encourage growth of their business and career. This is a program we encourage every director to undertake.
