The coaches and mentors listed on Coach and Mentor connect are Members of the Australian Institute of Company Directors who have advertised their coaching or mentoring services on our website.
The following steps may help you with the coaching or mentoring process.
1. Choosing your coach or mentor
It is vital to the success of your coaching or mentoring relationship that you and your coach or mentor are well suited to working together. Determining which coach or mentor is the best fit for you is a critical step – spend some time considering who to work with. Each coach and mentor has a summary paragraph and profile to help your selection. View the listings of Coaches or Mentors who are currently advertising their servcies on Coach and Mentor Connect.
2. Contacting your selected coach or mentor
Contact your selected coach or mentor for a preliminary discussion. It is important that you fully understand the experience, skills and interests of the coach or mentor and whether this is a fit with your requirements. The decision of which coach or mentor to work with resides entirely with you. To arrange a discussion with one of the coaches or mentors simply contact them at your convenience.
3. Finalising your coaching or mentoring agreement
When you have found a coach or mentor that you want to work with you must negotiate an agreement. Each of the coaches and mentors will have their own fee level and it is up to you and your coach or mentor to negotiate the commercial arrangement.
