*Retired Membership (By-Laws 2.4)
The Institute may offer the status of Retired Membership to members who have been members of the Institute or its predecessor bodies for at least five (5) years and who having reached the age of 65, have relinquished all directorships and offices (of a nature referred to in Clause 2.2 By-Laws) other than ‘non-trading’ family investment companies or unpaid directorships eg. of charities or educational institutions. The annual subscription for Retired Membership will be 50% of the normal subscription. Members admitted to Retired Membership will retain all rights and privileges.
