RENEW

The renewal process takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

You can choose to renew:

1. Online:
   a. Login to your account using the panel on the right.
   b. Click the ‘Renew Membership’ link that will appear in the panel once you are logged in.
   c. Complete the form and submit payment.
   
   Note: Credit card is the only accepted form of payment and you will require a valid email address for confirmation.
   
   
2. By post or fax:
   Complete the renewal form that has been sent to you in the mail and return it by post or fax to your nearest AICD office.
   
   
3. By phone : Call your nearest AICD office and talk to one of our Member Relation Executives who will complete your renewal over the phone.

If you do not wish to renew your membership, you must download and complete a
Non-Renewal form and send it to your nearest AICD office.

Help with online renewal

1. Login using the panel on the right hand side of the page. Use your Member ID/ email address and your password to. Your Member ID can be found on your Member Card. Your Password is your date of birth in the format ddmmyyyy, unless you have changed it.



The panel then updates to give you the renew option.

2. Click the Renew Membership link.
