SellBiz Pro is an Australian developed software program based on the Sell Your Business book. It includes valuation and cash flow calculators, interactive checklists and templates as well as over 20 videos that describe the theory of selling a business. It includes an interactive strategy tool that automatically creates a comprehensive “exit plan” based on Peter Hickey’s “Attractiveness” and “Readiness” index.
The program compiles the plan and then automatically calculates the score and graphs the gaps indicating the necessary action plan that is needed to increase the value of the business. Consultancy Version available: The Consultant’s Version provides the consultancy practice with copyrights to use the templates and reports for consulting assignments.
