CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE

The Corporate Governance Committee was formed in mid-2004 to consider the implications of current and future directions in corporate governance for directors, to guide the development of AICD corporate governance policies and to advocate directors' views about corporate governance to government, regulators, the media and the wider community. The committee’s membership comprises senior company directors and chairmen.
