REPORTING COMMITTEE

The AICD Reporting Committee, one of AICD’s standing policy committees, has been in place for almost 30 years. Its members are a mix of practicing directors, experts from professional firm and professional associations, chief financial officers and representatives from each state Division Council. The Committee focuses on financial and other reporting issues affecting directors.
