AICD responded to the Hon Chirs Pearce, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer in May 2006 regarding his Consultation Paper on Corporate and Financial Services Regulation Review. As a follow on, Pearce released a Proposals Paper in November 2006, to which AICD has prepared this current submission.
