Fiona Harris FAICD

Chairman, Barrington Consulting Group Pty Ltd

For the past seventeen years Fiona has been a professional non-executive director, gaining experience in multiple jurisdictions across a wide range of industries in sometimes challenging situations.  From an early focus on financial services and utilities, her current listed company boards operate in Australia, USA, West Africa and Finland, predominantly in the resources sector.

Fiona is currently Chairman of Barrington Consulting Group Pty Limited, and Board Member of Aurora Oil & Gas Limited, Altona Mining Ltd, Infigen Energy Ltd, Sundance Resources Ltd and Perron Group Limited.
For six years Fiona was a National Director of Company Directors and was previously the WA Division State President.

Other past board memberships include listed companies Alinta Limited, Alinta Infrastructure Holdings, Burswood Limited, Portman Limited, Territory Resources Limited, Vulcan Resources Limited and Evans & Tate Limited, as well as health insurer HBF, authorised deposit taking institution NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Ltd, financial planning firm Plan B Financial Services Limited and superannuation fund GESB, not for profits Sydney Philharmonia Limited, Foodbank of WA Inc and West Australian Symphony Orchestra Holdings Limited.

Prior to commencing her role as a non-executive director Fiona was a partner with chartered accountants KPMG.
