Effective coaching integrates your needs and motivations as well as the requirements, standards and expectations of the organisations with which you are associated as a director. Areas for discussion with coaches may include the creation of effective relationships at board level, dealing with conflict, and shaping your career as a director by understanding your unique contribution.

Other benefits include the members directory, a networking tool allowing alumni to search for people who may have done a particular course or who have a particular professional interest.

Once members have found someone they'd like to communicate with, they can use the private messaging facility to do so, without revealing any of their personal details before they are ready. The website also offers member-only discussion forums, including is a special member to member assistance discussion group.

The site also contains stand-by rates on AICD courses, exclusive to alumni. Knowing the importance alumni place on education and professional development, we are able to offer them the opportunity to expand their knowledge through providing discounts for selected courses. Alumni also receive a complimentary annual listing in the directors register. To be eligible to join the alumni, you must have attended the CDC or Advanced Program.
