    Trevor Bourne FAICD has joined the board of Senex Energy as an independent non-executive director.


    Bourne has a background in executive management and non-executive roles across resources and energy, manufacturing, logistics and engineering.

    He was chief executive officer of Tenix Investments from 1999 to 2003 and spent 15 years with Brambles Industries, with six of those years as managing director of their Australian and Asian operations.

    He has been a member of the Caltex board since March 2006 and is chair of the occupational health and safety committee and a member of the audit and remuneration committees.

    He also chairs the safety committee for Sydney Water's board, which he joined in February 2014.

    MOKO Social Media has appointed Jeff White MAICD as a non-executive director of the board with effect from 1 February.

    White is a principal of corporate advisory firm, Longreach and has over 30 years’ experience advising a wide range of public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestments and equity raisings. He has also advised the Australian and several state governments on major privatisations.

    He is a non-executive director of the Anika Foundation, a charity that raises funds for research into youth suicide and depression.

    The Australian Shareholders Association (ASA) has appointed Don Hyatt as a director of the board.

    Hyatt is also ASA’s Victorian chairman and has been an ASA member since 2007.

    In addition, the ASA announced the appointment of Joanne Parker as chief executive officer from 27 January. Parker was previously general manager NSW/ACT of the Institute of Public Accountants.
